    CY.TALK® is a Swiss telecom operator that uses the internet to carry voice between the CY.TALK® phone and its telecom equipment, second part of the call is carried through historical operators.
    While Skype is a peer-to-peer voice chat application that can dial out to telecom network. This means that Skype uses the computers of every user to relay the conversations from other Skype users.
    You can use CY.TALK® without a computer where as for Skype you need a computer and a headset.

    If the Skype-in number is reachable form the traditional network you can call it from CY.TALK®.
