    I want to put the call on hold

    How to put the call on hold when I am talking? What do I need to press?

    To put the current phone call on hold, press the ‘Hold’ button. The caller cannot hear you and you cannot hear the caller.
    Press ‘Hold’ again to talk again.

    Sure, you can mute the sound.

    To mute the speaker, press ‘Audio mute’. You cannot hear the caller.
    Press ‘Audio mute’ again to hear the caller.

    To mute the microphone, press ‘Mic mute’. The caller cannot hear you but you can still hear the caller.
    Press ‘Mic mute’ again for the caller to hear you.
