    Tell me please what is call forwarding and why is it useful?

    When you receive an incoming call and you don’t answer it, the CY.TALK® Call Forwarding system will forward the caller to the number you will set up in your Call Forwarding. You can also click on the phone book icon to select from your Short numbers. If you do not wish to have any forwards, just leave the field empty. Each caller will hear a free message informing him that he is being forwarded.

    Yes, the forwards to CY.TALK® numbers are free!
    And the cost of the call forwarded to other numbers is calculated like a regular call to that destination.
